Eguke Sunday Idowu was born at Okitipupa in Ondo State South Senatorial District, he attended one of the foremost Universities in South-West, Geo-Political Zone in Nigeria, as he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in English from Obafemi Awolowo University, Adeyemi Chapter, Master’s Degree in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is currently a postgraduate student in the Department of English, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he is pursuing his PhD with a research focus on Interpersonal Metafunctions, mainly how language is used to maintain social relations and indicate the roles of participants in communication. He is a member of a notable professional body: TRCN. He has resourceful articles online, ongoing works in the area of English grammar and syntax, and papers already submitted to be published in reputable journals like PEL. Mr Sunday is happily married to Mrs Eguke Blessing and the union is blessed with a wonderful child.
